We are making some changes to how we structure the Paddy Power companies that provide betting and gaming services to you. As a result of these changes, we are updating our Terms & Conditions and Privacy and Cookie Policy to reflect this new structure.

The changes to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy and Cookie Policy will not have any impact on your betting experience or the features available to you. 

For UK customers, Paddy Power will remain licensed by the Gambling Commission in Great Britain. However, here is a summary of the main changes that we are making: 

• For customers outside of the UK, from 14 October 2016 Paddy Power will be licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and will no longer be licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. 

• For all customers, from 14 October 2016 the Paddy Power companies that provide services to you will now be based in Malta rather than the Isle of Man. 

• Any bets that are unsettled (i.e. because the result is not yet known), will be paid out by the Maltese companies when the market is settled. 

• As a result of the changes, Paddy Power will now hold your funds in a formal trust account. The trust provides even greater security over your funds, keeping them entirely separate from company funds and subject to controls by an independent external auditor. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the protection of your funds at the highest level. 

• For all customers, from 14 October 2016 we will update the Privacy and Cookie Policy to reflect the changes to our group structure and to include new provisions relating to integrity in sport and sharing certain information with other Paddy Power group companies. 

By continuing to use Paddy Power you are deemed to accept the new Terms & Conditions and Privacy and Cookie Policy with the Maltese companies. If you choose not to accept the new terms, please contact Customer Services.
