1. This "Los Angeles Chargers @ Los Angeles Rams #YourOdds Bet and Get" promotion (the “Promotion”) is promoted and operated by WHG (International) Limited (“William Hill”, "we", "us", "our") a limited company registered in Gibraltar with company number 99191 and whose registered office is at 6/1 Waterport Place, Gibraltar.

2. Please refer to the "Definitions" section below for the meanings given to capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms").

3. This Promotion is a private promotion and is only available to customers who have who have claimed it on this page.

4. This Promotion will run from 21:00:00 (UK time) on Saturday 22nd September 2018 until 21:05:00 on Sunday 23rd September 2018, unless otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Promotion Terms (the “Promotion Period”). In order to participate in the Promotion, you must Claim the Promotion by following the instructions below, within the Promotion Period. All times referred to in these Promotions Terms are references to the time in the United Kingdom.

How does the Promotion work?

5. When you claim and place a Qualifying Bet (as defined below) of up to £20 or currency equivalent or more at odds of 1/5 (1.2) or greater on any pre-match #YourOdds market on the Los Angeles Chargers @ Los Angeles Rams game on Sunday 23rd September, you will receive a matched Free Bet ("Free Bet"), irrespective of whether your Qualifying Bet wins or loses.

6. Your Free Bet can be redeemed on any market or selection on the "Sports" page on the Website ("Sportsbook Bet") (subject to the restrictions set out in the "What restrictions apply when you redeem your Free Bet?" section, below).

7. If you do not use your Free Bet within 4 days of being credited, it will automatically expire and be deleted from your Account and you will not be able to use the Free Bet or take any further part in this Promotion.

8. This Promotion is limited to one Free Bet per customer. If you make more than £20 or currency equivalent in bets which satisfy the qualifying criteria (set out below), only the first £20 currency equivalent will be treated as a Qualifying Bet and any subsequent bet will not be eligible for a Free Bet.

9. This Promotion is limited to the following currencies and stake between: GBP 1, EUR 1, CAD 2, AUD 2, DKK 8, HKD 11.5, JPY 130, SGD 2, SEK 12, USD 1, CHF 1.5 and GBP 20, EUR 20, CAD 40, AUD 40, DKK 160, HKD 230, JPY 2600, SGD 40, SEK 240, USD 20 and CHF 30.

10. If any Single Bet that you have placed is deemed void on Sunday 23rd September that would be considered a Qualifying Bet, or the Los Angeles Chargers @ Los Angeles Rams game is postponed/abandoned, bets struck will not count towards this Promotion and a Free Bet will not be awarded.

How do you qualify for this Promotion?

11. In order to qualify for this Promotion (and any Free Bet), you must:

a) place a bet of up to £20 (or currency equivalent) or more; and

b) following currencies and stakes between: GBP 1, EUR 1, CAD 2, AUD 2, DKK 8, HKD 11.5, JPY 130, SGD 2, SEK 12, USD 1, CHF 1.5 and GBP 20, EUR 20, CAD 40, AUD 40, DKK 160, HKD 230, JPY 2600, SGD 40, SEK 240, USD 20 and CHF 30.

c) be placed from 21:00:00 on Saturday 22nd September 2018 until 21:05:00 on Sunday 23rd September 2018; and

d) be placed as a Single; and

e) on any pre-match #YourOdds market on the Los Angeles Chargers @ Los Angeles Rams game; and

f) at odds of 1/5 (1.2) or greater; and

g) within the Qualification Period (as defined above at clause 5 above); and

h) using funds from your Main Balance (for Remote Betting); any bets placed (in whole or in part) using a Free Bet or any other Free Bets or bonuses received from any other promotion will not qualify for this Promotion;  and

i) which is settled without using Cash in my Bet (i.e. you do not qualify for a Free Bet if you cash in your bet prior to the completion of the fixtures),

(a “Qualifying Bet”).

What restrictions apply when you redeem your Free Bet?

12. Free Bets are non-refundable, are for wagering purposes only and cannot be withdrawn. Once you have wagered your Free Bet, any winnings from your Free Bet will automatically transfer to your Main Balance (for Remote Betting) from where you will be able to withdraw them as cash or wager them in non-Promotion play.

13. Your winnings from wagers placed using your Free Bet are calculated as the total returns less the amount staked (including the amount of the Free Bet staked). The value of your Free Bet is therefore not included in, and cannot be withdrawn as part of, any winnings you make from your free bet (please note that the "Estimated Return" shown on the "Bet Slip" page (and on your "Bet Receipt") shows your returns including the amount of any Free Bet staked).

14. Please note that each Free Bet can only be:

a) used on a Sportsbook Bet placed on any market

b) placed as a single, double, treble or accumulator bet and cannot be split, meaning that if you place multiple bets when redeeming your Free Bet, your Free Bet will be allocated to the first bet appearing on your "Bet Slip"; and

c) credited to the value of the following between GBP 1, EUR 1, CAD 2, AUD 2, DKK 8, HKD 11.5, JPY 130, SGD 2, SEK 12, USD 1, CHF 1.5 and GBP 20, EUR 20, CAD 40, AUD 40, DKK 160, HKD 230, JPY 2600, SGD 40, SEK 240, USD 10 and CHF 30;

d) redeemed in full, meaning that if you place a bet for less than the full value of a Free Bet, no "change" nor additional Free Bets will be awarded.

15. You cannot stake a Free Bet as a qualifying bet for any further Free Bets or any other Free Bets or Free Bet promotions.

16. Cash in my bet will be available for bets placed using a Free Bet (minus the value of the initial Free Bet)

How do you take part in the Promotion?

17. In order to take part in the Promotion, you need to claim and stake a Qualifying Bet (in accordance with the "How do you qualify for this Promotion?" section above).

18. Once you have completed the steps above, the Free Bets will be credited to your Account and will appear as an available "Free Bet" on the "Bet Slip" page on your Account by 09:00:00 on Monday 24th September 2018 at the latest.

Promotional Play Restrictions

20. We offer bonuses and promotions to enhance your enjoyment of our games and wagering. We therefore expect that you will participate in all bonuses and promotions fairly, so that our other customers too may enjoy our services. We have set out below certain types of play which we consider to be unfair and which therefore are in breach of these Promotion Terms:

a) using minimal risk wagering patterns (e.g. low risk wagering, zero risk wagering or equal betting patterns);

b) using multiple accounts to obtain more than the number of bonuses or Free Bets permitted for each customer;

c) sharing personalised promotional offers or bonuses (i.e. promotions or bonuses which are available to specific customers only) received by you e.g. via email, inbox message, text message, links, URLs etc. with others who were not the intended recipient. This includes accessing promotions or bonuses forwarded to you by others when you were not the intended recipient;

d) concealing your country of residence in order to access a promotion or bonus that is not available in your country of residence;

e) colluding with other customers in order to take advantage of promotions or bonuses; or

f) using more than one account per household or per IP address,
together, "Promotional Play Restrictions".

21. Where you are in breach of any Promotional Play Restrictions, we shall be entitled to cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus element of such offers and either settle bets at the correct odds, void any Free Bets, void any bet funded by a bonus, or remove any subsequent winnings relating to a bonus / Free Bets. We may also be entitled to levy an administration charge up to the value of the bonus, Free Bet or additional payment to cover our reasonable administrative costs in respect of any such action that we take.

General Promotion terms

22. In addition to these Promotion Terms, your use of the Website is governed by our general terms and conditions which are available at williamhill-lang.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6719 (the "General Terms").  You should therefore ensure that you have read and understood the General Terms and these Promotion Terms before taking part in this Promotion. In the case of any discrepancy between these Promotion Terms and the General Terms, these Promotion Terms shall take precedence.

23. Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Promotion Terms, you may withdraw any funds in your Main Balance at any time except where we are required to withhold such funds in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.

24. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold Free Bets (or any winnings from Free Bets) in the event of funds you have deposited into your Main Balance (including any sums you have wagered) being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

25. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these Promotion Terms (and/or the General Terms); or (b) at any time in our sole discretion (an "Account Restriction"), except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such Account Restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the Promotion and the exercise of our discretion would:

a) affect your ability to:

i. receive the Free Bets, or the full expected value of the Free Bets, from the Promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets;
ii. place the remaining qualifying bets required by the Promotion, and consequently receive the Free Bets, or the full expected value of the Free Bets, from the Promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
iii. attempt to complete any wagering requirements (if any) specified in these Promotion Terms; or

b) materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the Promotion.

26. We will notify you of any Account Restriction that we have applied and the steps that you should take in order to receive the full benefit of any Free Bets otherwise removed or altered by the Account Restriction.

27. You may not participate in the Promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any Free Bets) if you have previously been excluded by William Hill from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the Website or in William Hill shops.

28. William Hill reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any cancellation or amendment of this Promotion will not affect any Free Bets you have accrued prior to such cancellation or amendment which you will be able to continue to use in accordance with these Promotion Terms.

29. These Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Definitions

30. In these Promotion Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

a) "Account" means an online account with William Hill which can be accessed via the Website;

b) "Cash in my Bet" means selected bets for which you have the option to settle all or part of a bet at the cash in my bet value displayed on the Website before the relevant selection(s) ends;

c) "Main Balance" means the total funds that you have deposited into your Account plus any winnings from redeemed bets (including redeemed Free Bets), which you can withdraw as cash or wager in non-Promotion play at any time;

d) "Multiple Bet" means a linked series of Single Bets where all of the return from the first selection is automatically staked on the second selection as a win Single Bet and so on until all the selections have won, thus giving a return, or until one selection loses in which case the whole bet is lost;

e)  "Qualifying Bet" shall have the meaning set out in clause 11;

f)"Single Bet" means a bet on one selection in one event (e.g. the home team to win in a football match);

g)"Double" mean one bet involving 2 selections in different events all of which must be successful to get a return;

h)"Treble" mean one bet involving 3 selections in different events all of which must be successful to get a return;

i) “Straight Accumulator” means one bet involving 4 or more selections in different events all of which must be successful to get a return;

j) "Void" means a bet which is made void where one or more selections forming part of that bet are postponed or cancelled. A postponement is where a selection does not commence on the same day it is scheduled to do so. A postponement can occur for a variety of reasons (though not exclusively): inclement weather and conditions; security/policing; power failures; or crowd trouble;

k)"Pre-match Bet" means a bet placed before the relevant selection has begun;

l)"In-play Bet" means a bet placed after the relevant selection has already started;
