In order to send a screenshot you must first display the image you wish to
capture on your PC screen.
  Once the image is clearly visible, press the “Print Screen” (Print Scrn)
button near the top right of your keyboard; above the “Insert” key.
  Next, open a new Microsoft Word document / Microsoft Paint and press
“CTRL” and the letter “V” simultaneously; the image now appears in the
word document.
  You should then save the word document to a location on your PC, and send it
to us as an attachment with an email.
